Attention DHS & DMSC Students!
Bayhealth has partnered with the Delaware Public Health Association’s Delaware Academy of Medicine and the Sussex County Health Coalition to present the Early Fall 2025 Delaware Mini-Medical School series. This virtual experience is a free, six-week course designed for middle school, high school and undergraduate students who are interested in a healthcare career path and want to learn more about the various opportunities available.
The virtual session will be hosted in an online classroom setting on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. from Sept. 10 through Oct. 22. Each session will feature an in-depth lecture with a Bayhealth subject matter expert, followed by time for questions. The topics include AI in medicine, diseases, palliative care, pharmacy, gastroenterology and social work for acute care.
Participants who attend all six sessions will receive a signed certificate of completion and the opportunity to join the Delaware Youth Medical Academy.
